Applicants must be at least 62 years of age with the exception of the handicap unit. Rental rates vary based upon subsidy and/or income levels (please verify by phone) a small security deposit is required.

Located at 231 Lake St., Ogd., NY 13669. This handicap accessible facility provides a total of six (6) apartments. The two (2) handicap apartments are located on the first floor, laundry room on all levels, and ample parking is provided for tenants.

These units were constructed to provide a unique living environment for those individuals at risk of being homeless seeking decent, safe, and affordable housing.

There are a total of thirty two (32) units ten (10) of which are handicap accessible.

Hamilton Street Apartments
Located at 314/316 Hamilton St., Ogd., NY 13669 this structure provides a total of four (4) one (1) bedroom apartments.

Parking is provided for tenants.
Maintained by ANR personnel; trash removal   service available, lawn care and snow removal is provided to various apartment complexes. Digital surveillance utilized at Barrett's Mill and St. Peter's Square.
