Housing Rehabilitation Program
What Can Be Done
We are proud to announce that ANR, Inc. is operating several Housing Rehabilitation Programs.

These programs are designed to assist low-income owner occupied homeowners with the necessary housing repairs to bring the home up to housing quality standards.

Repairs range from but not limited to structural, roofing, electrical, to interior modifications such as handicap bathrooms, and heating system improvements.
 
This is not "Extreme Makeover Home Edition".

The program is not designed to provide cosmetic improvements and there is not enough funding to completely renovate each and every home.

Anywhere North of Route #11 in St. Lawrence County!
Specialized Testing
In conjunction with the Housing Rehabilitation Program  homes are testing for lead-based paint and an infrared building survey is conducted.

These two testing methods are conducted to provide additional safety and energy conservation measures.
