The HIP program is designed to assist people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The program's goal is to assist individuals and families to obtain long term, decent, safe and affordable housing.

The HIP Case Manager works one-on-one with the applicant to obtain and maintain an apartment they can afford.

The HIP Case Manager assist individuals and families with specific needs by referrals to various agencies both public and private to achieve permanent housing and self sufficiency.
