We are proud to announce that ANR, Inc. utilizes infrared technology in our housing rehabilitation program.

This technology allows this agency to accurately access your home for  moisture intrusion, building insulation, and overheated electrical.

Infrared has been utilized by the military for years now. Now ANR can determine why you may be feeling those nasty drafts.
Towns, villages, cities, and not-for-profits utilizing federal funding for housing rehabilitation including first time homebuyers programs are mandated to test for lead-based paint when $5,000 or more is being invested into the home (other exceptions may apply).

For this reason ANR has trained technicians to conduct Risk Assessments. We believe that this is an invaluable service for any recipient of ANR's Housing Rehabilitation Program.
